If you have 1.31, you must replace with this one.

Fixed connection when you have multiple servers.
Fixed making program keep trying to connect to server when server is down.

    Hi! A small instruction manual would be nice to have.
    I haven't figured out how to connect up to 4 receivers out of the single instance of NOI 1.31a. Also, I'm in the Northerm hemisphere...
    Does that imply that I should use the North "birds"? Why, if I chose to use the North Servers to input my donation input, the "Attempting to connect..." message appears in the South Birds monitor window?
    See? Some instruction would be helpful.

    Hi! There's a quirk with NOI1.31a and Windows7 running in Spanish, using the language pack.
    The background of the interface has become transparent and the fonts appear to be non-western. Clicking on the buttons, when the interface is over another window, frequently activates the overlapped window, perhaps when the buttons are disabled.
    Can someone please correct this issue? I'm running ultimate with the Spanish language pack.

    Thanks Guys The Application Works Great...
    but just a little request and its to have a android app..
    Because I'm desperately looking to have this app runing on my phone insead of runing my laptop the whole time that I'm watching TV...
